Patient Representative

Duties and Responsibilities: Patient Representatives work for healthcare administrators to address the concerns and special needs of patients and their families. They evaluate patient satification, investigation, investigate complaints, collect information about patient dissatisfaction, work with departments to resolve patient’s problems, and educate staff.

 

Salary: $20,000 - $40,000

Education: Students should take challenging high school courses in business, science, math, and English. Requirements differ, but most employers prefer college graduates with backgrounds in health or social services.

To be onset I would not like to be one for the facts that it implicates a lot of our time and school.
