Ophthalmic Technicians

Duties and responsible: Ophthalmic technicians or technologists help ophthalmologists collect data and measurements to allow the correct diagnosis and treatment of eye disease and problems.

 

Salary: $14,000 - $25,000

Education: Students will need a high school diploma (or GED certificate) and two years of college prior to beginning ophthalmic training programs.
