What i’m going to do to improve my health is what i’m already
doing now and its way more than these five steps. But what I really have to
work on is reducing my stress, and steps to reduce my stress are playing
basketball and working out in my house and in the park. I also have to think
more clearly and not over work out because if I do i’m not going to be able to
wake up in the morning to come to school. Well am going to continue eating my
salads and working out and playing lots and lots of basketball. Well this is
what i’m going to do to improve my health.
