What this Statement by Mario Cuomo is trying to say is that every time you’re choosing the wrong its bad. For example say you’re in a store and you find a shirt that 55 dollars and you only have 30 and you change the price tag. Then you go pay and when they scan is it comes out that the shirt was a different brand and they catch you. That’s why you Always CHOOSE THE RIGHT.!!
