What this statement by Gordon b. Hinckley is trying to say is that trying doesn't take that much to do so why not try a little more than the rest of the people for you can become better at it. For example say you’re in a basketball team and practice is over why not stay after and shot some shots around and get better then the best. Well this is what I think it means.
Medical Illustrator
Research, look for, and provide the following:
Duties and responsibilities: Medical illustrators are highly skilled artists. They work strictly in the medical field and create graphics for textbooks, journals, magazines, and educational films. Their drawing spans a wide range from microorganisms to body parts.
 
Salary: $35,000 - $50,000

Education: Students interested in becoming medical illustrators should take college preparatory programs in high school that emphasizes art and science. In college they should either major in art and minor in science or major in science and minor in art.

Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?

I Think I would not like to work as a medical illustrator because is not what I would like to do.

What this statement by Thomas j. Watson is saying is that if you want to be good at something do it don’t slack off and let laziness when you. For example say we have a basketball game tomorrow vs. south region stay today a little extra after practice to get more shots in. This is what I think this excellent statement is trying to say. 
Medical Assistant
Research, look for, and provide the following:
Duties and responsibilities: Emergency medical technicians, or EMT s, usually work in teams of two in specially designed ambulances. They provide immediate life or limb saving medical treatment at the scenes of accidents and injuries as well as transport causalities to hospital emergency rooms for further care.
Salary: $25,000 - $37,500
Education: Students must have a high school diploma (in some areas GED certificates may be substituted) in order to become an emergency medical technician.

What this statement is trying to say is that every day gives people a good image off yourself and shows them you can do it with excellence. For example say you go to school don’t get in trouble gust get good grades and behave well. This is what I think this great statement says.
Licensed Practical nurse (LPN)
Research, look for, and provide the following:
Duties and Responsibilities: Licensed practical nurses (LPNs) work with and under the direction of registered nurses and physicians. They care for injured, handicapped, and sick patients. Their duties include taking temperatures, blood pressures, and pulses. They also give injections, change dressings, and help give patients bath.
Salary: $16,000 - $23,000
Educational: Although a high school diploma or GED certificate is not always required, it is encouraged. LPNs do not have the extensive professional education that is required for a registered nurse. State approved training programs are offered by the hospitals, vocational schools, junior colleges and private schools.

To be onset I think I would not like to be a Licensed Practical Nurse. The reason why is because its gust what I wouldn't like to do.

What this statement is saying is that to win you better earn it. For example say my basketball team has a game on Monday and where on Friday I will to prepare by staying one more hour then the usual to shop around with coach and correct me. Well this is what I think it means.
Industries Hygienist
Research, look for, and provide the following:
Duties and Responsibilities: Industries hygienists evaluate health hazard, conduct health risk assessments, manage industrial or business health programs, and provide consultation.
 
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000

Education: Students should take challenging college preparatory courses, especially in mathematics and science, during high school.

Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?

I think I would not like to be an Industrial Hygienist because the fact that you need to take the most challenging high school courses for math and I’m treble at math.
